Error when generating a report that contains a summary page

Issue Summary

If you find you get the error below when generating a report that contains a summary page;

and if you check the error log found in %localappdata%\Keynetix\HBSIExcelExtension\logs and it says;

ERROR System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper - PROJECT_ID : b291c53a-3e37-489f-935c-a56b00a34d3f PopulateReport

System.ArgumentException: The specified value is out of range.

Then you are having an issue for Line Colour Transparency where the value is set to "Automatic". When generating the report The Extension can't copy the line over to the Summary sheet and gives the error.

Resolution

To fix this open your report in edit mode

Click on the Graph

1. From "Chart Tools" select "Format"

2. Select your series from the picklist

3. Select "Format Selection"

4. Select "Line Colour"

5. Set that to "Solid Line"

Now when you generate the report the summary page will be created and no error given.
