&lt;h2&gt;Explanation&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We have found a lot of people don&amp;#39;t save their report templates as just reports and instead open a template in edit mode and then run the report.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Process&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you want to save a template as a report please follow the instructions below;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Firstly login to the Excel Extension as the Administrator, open your project, and open the template you want to save as a report. Then once you&amp;#39;re happy with the template select &amp;quot;Save&amp;quot; from the design ribbon and save the template to the configuration pack as shown below;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After you have saved the template as a report close the template and then click on &amp;quot;Reports&amp;quot; from the ribbon. You should then see the report you saved listed in the window that opens as shown below:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You can then just select the report and then &amp;quot;Open&amp;quot;. This will open the report without all the design features but allowing you to run the report and save it as a Excel Workbook.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
