Note: this article relates exclusively to users who currently have the Keynetix.cloud launcher on their systems. As of April 27th 2020 Keynetix.cloud has been re-branded as OpenGround Cloud.
When the Keynetix.cloud launcher is run the update icon will appear:
Select this button to begin the launcher installation. Note this must be done before any of the applications can be run.
As the installer runs a prompt will appear asking which configuration should be used. Select 'Legacy Cloud (Compatibility Mode)':
Once this process has completed each of the applications can be installed from the launcher. The functionality at the time of the release is comparable to that of the Keynetix.cloud versions.
The login credentials for users and levels of access associated with them remain unchanged.
If you are part of an organization that will need to centrally roll this update to the launcher out, you can continue to use the apps in the original Keynetix.Cloud Launcher. There are two things which we would like to highlight so you don't need to worry about them.
You may notice that the Excel Extension is still called HoleBASE Excel Extension, this will still work with all your new OpenGround Cloud Apps. When you are using the OpenGround Cloud Launcher this will be updated.
The second item is the OpenGround Service Pack, this is part of the update to the apps to OpenGround Cloud and will install but not run is as we intended. When you install it, you should be able to use the new apps as you have been as Keynetix.Cloud. When you are using the OpenGround Cloud Launcher this will be updated.
