'Project Currently Locked' message when attempting an import into OpenGround

    Issue Summary

When attempting to import data into a project OpenGround reports that it is currently locked as an import is already in progress. This can come about as a result of another user importing into this project or due to the OpenGround process being terminated during the import.

    Resolution

Where the message returns due to the current activity of another user simply waiting for them to complete their task and consider whether a new import is still required. However, this issue can come about as a result of the OpenGround process being interrupted in the middle of the import process, as might be the case in the even of a power failure, for example. In this case follow the steps below:

    1. Login under a OpenGround Administrator account.

    2. Open the project.

    3. Select 'Import Data' from the 'Data' ribbon.

    4. A prompt should now appear to unlock the project. Affirm this action and continue using the project normally.

Note: That this option may not appear under user accounts which do not have OpenGround Administrator privileges.
