If you find that that you cannot open OpenGround Cloud Professional or the Data Entry, this may be due to not installing the Service Pack through the Launcher. This will appear as a download in the launcher.
If the Service Pack was installed, but you still have the issue, uninstall all OpenGround Cloud Components from Add/Remove programs, and do a fresh install with full Admin rights, and double checking that the Service Pack is installed and is showing as installed in the Launcher
You can also try deleting everything in folder: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenGround\ServiceCache
