When opening the map within OpenGround, the Web Mapping (WMS Datasets) layers show a red circle and no layers are visible on the map
Close the project, then on the ribbon, select the Mapping tab, then click on Clear All Tile Caches. Once his has completed, open the project and the map, the WMS Datasets should now be showing green and once the layers have been made active be visible on the map
