The name of the coordinate system can be added to an editable template using OpenGround Template Studio.
When specifying the 'Group' name for a data library item choose 'MapCoordinateSystem' from the drop down list. Note that this item does not appear on the project explorer interface.
With this group selected the name and/or active status can be selected from the header drop down. Note that the columns can be called within the context of an expression if necessary.
