OpenGround Cloud Professional caps the file size of attached documents to help prevent the underlying database becoming inadvertently bloated. As a result, when trying to import a large file into OpenGround Cloud Professional the process may stop due to the file being to large.
Assuming the cap needs to be suspended, the "Maximum Upload Size" can be increased under a user account with 'Administrator Rights'.
Do not open a project. On the System Ribbon, click on File Extensions, increase the "Maximum Upload Size" by clicking on the picklist then save.
Open your project and try the import again. After import has completed consider whether the cap should be reapplied.
