This article will explain how to setup the template within Template Studio to use the images that are imported.
1. Select the required cells and then select Image Grid from the Tree.
2. Select the Category Filter that needs to be applied for the images.
3. The template will then be ready to accept the image. If further control is needed, then the following options can then be utilized to get the image showing correctly.
Please note that if there is space for more than one image then HoleBASE SI will place as many images as it can within the defined area, if there is not space then the image will appear on the same space on the next available page.
(ImageWidth, ImageHeight)
These control how large the image should appear on the template. If the template displays that there is not enough room to display the image, then these values should be adjusted.
(ImageMarginTop, ImageMarginBottom, ImageMarginLeftImageMarginRight)
These values control how much space is given around the image to avoid collision with other items.
(ImageHorizontalAlignment, ImageVerticalAlignment)
These control where the image sits within the allocated space.
(ImageBorderColour, ImageBorderTop, ImageBorderBottom, ImageBorderLeft, ImageBorderRight, ImageBorderPattern, ImageBorderPatternOffset)
These control the appearance of the border around the image. The Border values for top, bottom, right and left control the thickness of the border. The pattern and offset can be used to create dotted or dashed patterns around the image if required.
(DisplayHeader, HeaderFontSize, HeaderHorizontalPadding, HeaderFontColour)
These settings control the way that the Header is displayed on the template. The header is set to appear above the images and can be controlled with the size, colour and spacing. To not show a header, ensure that DisplayHeader is unchecked.
(ImageTextMode, ImageTextFontSize, ImageTextExpression, ImageTextHorizontalPadding, ImageTextVerticalPadding, ImageTextHorizontalAlignment)
These settings control what text appears underneath he images themselves. The ImageTextMode allows you to use the name of the image or the relevant description as required. The rest of the setting allow for control over the appearance of the text.
