We are unable to provide MSI installers for the OpenGround Cloud software due to the way that the launcher handles installation and updates. However, if a user with a valid login, sends out a welcome email to a user, they will get a link to download the installer for the Launcher. This installation file can then be downloaded and the IT team can then distribute this as needed. They can also pass an installation switch to install this silently for users:
“OpenGroundCloudLauncher_Installer.exe q”
Please note however, that users will need to be able to run the Launcher as an Administrator as the launcher will install, update and launch the relevant cloud apps.
