    The Cloud database you need to access isn't listed in the Launcher

    If you run the Launcher and find you don't have a Cloud database to select this could be caused by an account mismatch.

    Check which email address you use to login to the Connect Client, then have the OpenGround Admin user login to the Cloud database and check that the Email address matches the one used to Login to the Connect Client. Once they match you can refresh the Launcher and hopefully see a Cloud database to select.
