If you log in to OpenGround Launcher and cannot see the cloud instance you require in the dropdown or you see a "No Connections Available" message then the email address you have login into the Launcher is not set up in an OpenGround Cloud Instance.
This is common if an organisation has two email domains and one has been set up as the user's Bentley ID and the other has been used in OpenGround.
The solution is to change the user's email address in OpenGround to match the Bentley ID. The user will need to Log Out of the Launcher and Log back in to refresh the list of available OpenGround Instances.
