    Launcher has stopped working after recent upgrade

    At the end of July 2021, we migrated OpenGround to Azure and this required a new Launcher to be installed by all users.  There is a possibility you have the wrong Launcher Installed.

    • Version 1.0.0.181 and before are for the AWS system and should be used up to the switch over to Azure. (This can be downloaded from a welcome email sent from the system)
    • Version 10.0.0.286 and later are for the Azure system and should be used AFTER you have been migrated to Azure (This can be downloadable from the Bentley software centre)
