    User Authentication gets stuck in a loop using Firefox

    If you are using Firefox and every time you press "Allow" in the Authentication web page it takes you back to the same webpage and does not return to the Launcher then you need to either:-

    1. Set a different browser as your default browser (we have not had the same problem reported with Chrome or Edge)
    2. Copy the URL from the Firefox window into Edge and click the Allow button using the Edge Browser.
