IT Managers

The IT Managers will need to ensure the following items are completed:

1. Install the OpenGround Launcher under a user account with Administrator privileges. Further information

   • Troubleshooting problems with OpenGround Launcher
2. Check proxy exception requirements. Further Information

3. If the users require the Andriod Tablet logging solution, OpenGround Data Collector, then this should be installed on the tablet devices. Further Information
