    A license for OpenGround Cloud is no-longer available message when running Professional

    When opening the OpenGround Professional, a message appears "A license for OpenGround Cloud is no-longer available"

    Check the user does not have an expiry date within Professional that has expired.  

    Select, 'Manage Users', right click on the users account, select 'Edit User', if the account is expired, this will prevent a license to be obtained.  

    Here you can amend the date, or remove it completely.
