    Downloading and Selecting a Project

You will see a blank Projects screen (as shown in figure a below) the first time you use it as no projects are available on the tablet.

To download a project follow the steps below:

    1. Tap the Download from Cloud icon   at the bottom of the screen (see below).
    2. Before you can download a project, you will need to log in and select the cloud (figure (a) below). Once selected you will be shown the list of projects (if you do not see any available projects then see the note at the bottom of this section).
    3. Tap on the required project and then tap the Download from Cloud icon at the bottom of the screen (figure (b) above).
    4. The project will be added to your list of projects and removed from the Available Projects screen. Tap the back icon at the top of the form to return to your project list or repeat the above Step to download another project.
    5. To open the project, click anywhere on the blue box surrounding the project name (avoiding the delete icon!).
    6. You have now downloaded and are ready to download one or more data entry profiles.
Note: Only projects that you have marked as "current" will be displayed in the available projects list. If you do not see the project you want (or the list is completely blank!) it may not have been marked as current in the OpenGround Cloud Professional program.
