Bulk Updating Metadata

If you need to update the metadata for a large number of files, then it is quicker to use the bulk updating options rather than changing each file individually. To bulk change document properties follow the steps below.

• Select the files to using the tick box next to the file name or use the Select All button to select all the files in the grid.
• Click the Bulk Update Icon on the Document Ribbon and select the property that you wish to update from the top list. The following properties can be updated using this method: AGS output, Status, and Category.
  
• Select the required value from the second drop-down list and click Save.
