Data is saved and retrieved from the database automatically as and when you leave the row, select a new step or location. You will be able to immediately access the data in the normal OpenGround Cloud Professional grids as soon as it is saved.
It is however important to note that any grids of data that were already open when you launched the Data Entry Tool will need to be refreshed before they show the new data.
