The datasets displayed in the Map Legend are displayed in the sequence the data is drawn on the map, the datasets at the bottom will be drawn first to create the base of the map, with other layers been overlaid until the topmost layer is displayed on top.
Within each category of the Map Legend the sequence of the layers can be specified by Layer Order.
Enter a number indicating the order; the layers will be displayed in reverse order with one being the topmost layer.
