    OpenGround closes after the splash screen without going into the Authentication screen

    If when running the Launcher you cannot get past the OpenGround splash screen or if the splash screen goes away without going into the next step of Authentication, then something has gone wrong with the Authentication process. 

    1. On the problem machine press Start (Windows button, bottom left)
    2. Type "Credential Manger" or "Windows Credentials Manager" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
    3. In the window that opens go to "Windows Credentials", then look for one in the list for "Open-Ground-Cloud-Launcher"
    4. Select the option to remove it from the list.
    5. Reload the Launcher and have the user login to Authenticate.

    Same steps mentioned above apply for any product listed in the launcher.  Follow the same steps as above and remove that product from the list.  Launch the launcher again.
