When a new template is to be created from scratch, this can be done by selecting the Create button in the Templates dialogue.
The Template Types dialogue will then appear. Select the required template type and then select the Select button.
A blank version of the selected template type will then appear allowing for selection of dimensions and settings required for that template. Further information on the different types of templates and their settings can be found elsewhere in this guide.
