To close a template, either the template can be closed manually by selecting the Close option from the ribbon.
Alternatively, the whole application can be shut down by selecting the close application button (x) in the top right hand side of the screen.
When the template, or application is closing, the application will ask whether the user is sure that they wish to close the template. If the user selects 'No' then the template will not close.
If the user selects 'Yes', then the user will then be prompted to save any unsaved changes to the template.
If the user selects 'Yes', than the save dialogue will appear allowing for the template to be saved. If the user selects 'No', any unsaved changes will be lost.
