The HoleBASE to OpenGround Migration Process Explained

This article has been written to help guide users who are planning to move to OpenGround from HoleBASE SI. Essentially, there are 3 parts that need to be resolved to ensure a smooth migration with as minimal disruption as possible; these are the Bentley Licencing, OpenGround Launcher Installation, Database Migration and the OpenGround users.

These 4 sections can be viewed and actioned in order. With the Bentley Licencing and the OpenGround Launcher Installation sides being done and setup before the Database Migration occurs. If this is done like this then the amount of downtime required for users who are migrating can be minimized.
