HoleBASE to OpenGround Migrations

This section of the wiki has been written to help guide users who are planning to move to OpenGround from HoleBASE SI only. Users who are migrating from gINT, or are having a new database created for them, should read through the standard guide here.

Essentially, there are 3 parts that need to be resolved to ensure a smooth migration with as minimal disruption as possible; these are the Bentley Licencing, OpenGround Launcher Installation, Database Migration and the OpenGround users.

These 4 sections can be viewed and actioned in order. With the Bentley Licencing and the OpenGround Launcher Installation sides being done and setup before the Database Migration occurs. If this is done like this then the amount of downtime required for users who are migrating can be minimized. The final stage will be to give users access to be able to login to OpenGround.
