The HoleBASE to OpenGround Migration Process Explained

This article has been written to help guide users who are planning to move to OpenGround from HoleBASE SI. Essentially, there are 3 parts that need to be resolved to ensure a smooth migration with as minimal disruption as possible; these are the Bentley Licencing, Database Migration and the OpenGround users.
