    Onboarding Session One

    OpenGround Launcher

    The launcher is the main starting point of OpenGround, You will be able to access Professional plus any of the extensions including template studio.

    Updates

    As OpenGround is a platform that is being actively developed we will release updates. these updates look like a grey update button. (you don't need admin rights to install these updates). this will always mean you are running the latest version of the applications. We will release bug fixes as well as new features.

    Latest News,

    The news section will have links to articles related to what is going on with the platform and anything which might be relevant for users. these can include

    • New features,
    • New learn material,
    • Conferences we are attending,
    • Blog articles relating to best practices,
    • Ground-to-cloud Webinars.

    It's a good place to get new and stay connected to what is going on within the OpenGround Community.

    How to get help

    There are a number of ways to get help, from the launcher you can select the question mark in the top right corner which will take you to the main Wiki landing page.
