    Cannot Open Tabs Under The Main Group > Input Tab

      

    When the user launches gINT, the user is unable to open tabs under the INPUT. However Output, Data Design, Report Design, Symbol Design, Drawings and Utilities open just as normal.

     

    Steps To Resolve:

    You will need to check the following:

    • Check if software has been installed with administrative rights.
    • Check permissions to all the installed gINT folders. Right click on gINT folder. Then go to Properties and select the Security tab. The user needs to have full control to the gINT folder.   The user also needs to have full control to the location where they have their gINT files stored locally and (if applicable) on the network as well.
    • Check if there have been any gINT rules created regarding this behavior.
    • Check screen display resolution under control panel >personalization >display.

     

      • Under your Control Panel, open the Display Settings. You will notice that the display is selected as Larger – 150%.
      • Select the Smaller -100% (default) setting.
      • Click Apply.
      • It will ask you to Log off. Log back in and you will see the display resolution in a smaller setting.
      • You will now be able to open all the tabs under INPUT.
