How to edit or add items to a Picklist

Explanation

If you wish to edit a Picklist or add a value to a Picklist please follow the steps below;

Note: If you want to edit a picklist that is across all projects make these changes in the configuration pack following the steps below from step 1..

If you want the changes to be in a single project, open the project as Administrator and follow the steps below from step 3.

Once the window opens highlight the picklist you wish to edit and select "Edit". Note that you can't edit the default values if they are already linked to data in a project.
If you want to add a new value to the list click on the orange bar where it says " + Click here to add new item" as shown below.

Then add the value for example "PS" and a description, for example "Piston Sample". Press "enter" to commit the addition and then "Save".

Repeat this for each value you wish to add.
