How to create an 'Office' in HBSI from build 1.34 onwards.

Explanation

From build 1.34.x.x we have changed the way the company address is shown on log templates. After upgrading to 1.34.x.x you will notice that the 'Company Address' button has been removed. and replaced with 'Offices'.

The upgrade process should convert your company address's to 'Offices' however for some users this does not happen. If this is you then please follow the steps below to add the Office to be shown on logs.

Process

Open HoleBASESI

Go to System>Create Office

Enter all the details and address's

Save the changes

Note you can add as many offices as you like.

Highlight the project you want to use the office in

Select "Edit Project"

You will then see a picklist option for 'Office'

Select the office you added from that list.

Save the changes.

Now when you open the project and view a quick log the address will show for the office selected.
