If your a user of the Data Entry Feedback Tool and found it stops working after doing a Windows update or Office 365 update you may need to add the location you store the 'DataEntryFeedbackTool.xla' to the Excel Trusted locations.
To do this follow the steps below;
Open Excel and go to File>Options>Trust Center>Trust Center Settings>Trusted Locations.
If the location you save the 'DataEntryFeedbackTool.xla' is on a network tick the option for 'Allow Trusted Locations on my network"
Use the 'Add New Location' button to then add the path through to the folder that contains the 'DataEntryFeedbackTool.xla'
Following this, save the changes, close Excel and try running the tool again.
If you find you still have no menu, continue through the steps below;
Right click on the ribbon in Excel and select 'Customize the Ribbon'
Tick the option to add the 'Developer' Ribbon
Then select 'ok' to apply the change.
Next, in Excel go to the Developer Ribbon and click on 'Excel Add-ins'
Use the 'Browse' option to browse to and select the 'DataEntryFeedbackTool.xla' from the route of C location.
in the Add-ins available list, tick the box for DataEntryFeedbackTool.xla and select 'ok'
You may then find the menu loads, however if not, go back in to Excel Add-ins, untick the add-in and select ok.
Then go back in to Excel Add-ins again tick the add-in and select ok.
The menu will then load.
