Microsoft Office has different bit version's, see below on how to find out what version is installed on your PC/Laptop, so you know which installer use

Resolution

Open Microsoft Excel, then go to File

Then go to Account

Then go to About

Once you have clicked on About Excel, you will see what bit version of Microsoft Office you have installed. You can now download and install the correct installer of KeyLAB that matches the bit version of Office installed
