    How to raise a KeyLAB support Ticket.

    If you can't connect or install KeyLAB we will ask for what stage in the installation you are at and the following information

    1. Version of KeyLAB,
    2. Version of Excel (if its 32bit or 64bit),
    3. To send us the Log file for KeyLAB,
    4. Any Error messages which may appear.
    5. If there is something wrong using the program.

    If you need to know how to do something, please check the website for tips and the user guide.

    If you have a problem while using KeyLAB, common areas include printing tests and inputting test data. To be able to help we will need the following information.

    1. Version of KeyLAB,
    2. List of actions that caused the problem,
    3. If its related to a test, a complete export of the sheet,
    4. Any error message which appear,
    5. If there is imported data either AGS, excel or .xml files.

    If we cannot fix the problem using the information provided, we will need to do a remote meeting to see the problem as it appears on your system.
