    &lt;h1&gt;How to raise a KeyLAB support Ticket. &lt;/h1&gt;
    &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
    &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
    &lt;p&gt;If you can&amp;#39;t connect or install  KeyLAB we will ask for what stage in the installation you are at and the following information&lt;/p&gt;
    &lt;ol style="list-style-type:decimal;margin-left:36pt;" start="1"&gt;
      &lt;li&gt;Version of KeyLAB,&lt;/li&gt;
      &lt;li&gt;Version of Excel (if its 32bit or 64bit),&lt;/li&gt;
      &lt;li&gt;To send us the Log file for KeyLAB,&lt;/li&gt;
      &lt;li&gt;Any Error messages which may appear.&lt;/li&gt;
      &lt;li&gt;If there is something wrong using the program.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;/ol&gt;
    &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
    &lt;p&gt; If you need to know how to do something, please check the website for tips and the user guide. &lt;/p&gt;
    &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
    &lt;p&gt;If you have a problem while using KeyLAB, common areas include printing tests and inputting test data. To be able to help we will need the following information. &lt;/p&gt;
    &lt;ol style="list-style-type:decimal;margin-left:36pt;" start="1"&gt;
      &lt;li&gt;Version of KeyLAB,&lt;/li&gt;
      &lt;li&gt;List of actions that caused the problem,&lt;/li&gt;
      &lt;li&gt;If its related to a test, a complete export of the sheet,&lt;/li&gt;
      &lt;li&gt;Any error message which appear,&lt;/li&gt;
      &lt;li&gt;If there is imported data either AGS, excel or .xml files.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;/ol&gt;
    &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
    &lt;p&gt;If we cannot fix the problem using the information provided, we will need to do a remote meeting to see the problem as it appears on your system. &lt;/p&gt;
