If you choose add a list in to a KeyLAB sheet you can specify the list length up to 100 rows. For some tests, there might be 200 rows required to cover all the test data.
There is a way around the problem on the 100 row limit. The first step is to add the list in normally in the Sheet Designer, with 100 rows in it. The example which we have is to extend the QUT input sheets strain and load columns to 200 rows. We have opened the sheet in the Sheet Designer.
The first this is to move or remove the information below the columns so the lists can be extended.
After we have cleared the area we need in the sheet go to the Name Manager in excel. In the name manager, we need to look for the name of the list we want to change the length of. In this example its Kl.devtable.Results_StrainReadings?TC?C35 and Kl.devtable.Results_ForceGaugeReading?TC?C35 (these are the full database names).
Once you have found the name you need click edit at the top. We need to change the name, the part we need to change is at the very end of the name.
We need to change the C35 to C200. This will give us 200 rows rather than 35 rows as it is at the moment. When we have made the changes, we go back to the sheet and it will have updated. We do have to toggle the cell colouring to get it to show.
We will need to format the cells and make sure that any calculations are also extended. This can be a difficult process for very complicated sheets.
