How to Set Printing Settings for consistant margins

All the print setting should be set in the sheet designer. Go to print the sheet in file and select the PDF Printer. For the best results you should set the scaling to “Fit all columns on one page”.

From there you can set the margins. This can be anything but will have to be the same on all the sheets. When changing the scales, it is useful to remove the centre on page options.

The values show here are just for example.

If the document is too large for a non-scaled printing the best thing to do is to go back to the sheet and remove the colouring for the sheet.

You should see dotted lines which indicate the A4 page space move the cells will make it fit.

You can change the width of the columns until they fit.

With all these changes and some tweaking of the sheet and printing and checking.
