As part of a support request you may be asked to help by providing some test data so a problem can be investigated. This guide will show how to export test data from Pacific test within KeyLAB.
When you have a test open in KeyLAB, at the top, next to the page selection; save and close buttons, there will be the results section of the ribbon.
When you select export you will be asked to save an XML file on your computer.
This XML file has the data from the test which is selected against the test definition. If you were to move to a blank test and use the import button, you would be able to import the same test data into the second test in KeyLAB.
This process is used by support to help identify issues within a test sheet.
