If you are having a problem with the sheet not opening when you select a report or the select window does not appear, check the following:-</p> <ul> <li>Are all the files in the schedule report folder all .xlsm files? If there are any .xlsx files, the window to select the file you would like to report on will not appear. The default file path is C:\ProgramData\Keynetix\KeyLAB2\Reports\Schedules, your files might be on a synchronised folder on a server.</li> <li>The named cells in the template file cannot be merged cells.</li> <li>There cannot be a footer to the document.
