If you are trying to print a test sheet and it appears to only print out one sheet when you printing several of them and seem to have strange data in the sheet, its likely you have a common problem with printing test sheets.
The good thing about this problem is that its simple to fix. If you take the below sheet as an example (it’s the standard QUT output sheet).
When you print this sheet it will not print correctly. The cause of this problem is the equation you can see in cell W27. This is an equation showing the calculation which is being used. Its using an apostrophe to hold the = from creating an excel equation.
When the sheet is batch printed (printing all the test at once) excel ignores the apostrophe and tries to equate the equation. When excel finds it can’t work out the equation is crashes the printing process.
The fix is to remove the ‘= and just have the equation on its own or remove any equation like this from sheets.
