Why Do the Graphs not Update when Batch Printing from KeyLAB?
KeyLAB has extra functionality built in to allow for the Batch Printing, when multiple sheets are used, this can cause for this routine to not function correctly.
When KeyLAB prints with the all tests option turn on it generates a new workbook and copies sheets from the KeyLAB report into this new workbook. It then repeats the copying process for each sample you are printing.
If the graph that is being printed is collecting data from another sheet the reference to the other sheet is lost in the copying process and all graphs end up referencing the last test copied. This does not occur if the graph references data on the same worksheet.
KeyLAB report sheets should therefore be designed to work on one sheet where possible. If you are in any doubt you can use the print to workbook option to see what is happening. This follows the same process but saves the file as a xlsx file rather than PDF.
