If you try to open gINT and you get a Splash screen that shows the Product Level and then it disappears and the program does not open it is likely caused by Office 365 updates. This breaks the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 32-bit.
The fix is to repair it.
Goto Control Panel...programs .. highlight The Microsoft Access Database Engine .. Choose repair.. Then try to reopen gINT
