"Path/file or access error" on opening gINT.
This is almost always a permissions problem.
gINT 8.3
Users need full control of files in 2 places:
Windows 7 and Vista:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Bentley\gINT
C:\Users\<user_login_name>\AppData\Local\Bentley\gINT
Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Bentley\gINT or C:\Documents
C:\Documents and Settings\<user_login_name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Bentley\gINT
Note: some folders may be hidden.
In rare cases gINT has needed to be run as administrator.
