Save time with automatic catchment delineation

If you're a civil engineer working in the field of site drainage design, you have likely had the need to create catchments based on site topology. The good news is that the days of sharpening your red pencil and manually creating these delineation lines can be retired with your planimeter and slide rule. The new catchment delineation tool automatically creates contributing catchment areas in a matter of seconds based on the location of inlets in your model in relation to an attached Digital Terrain Model . There is no longer a need to make these delineations with an external applications and then import using the ModelBuilder tool.
