I have been trying to open a new service request with the Bentley online services. When I click the " new service request" I get a "502 Bad Gateway error."
The IT department says this error is caused by the Bentley side of things and is not an error that the IT department can fix.
Can you please let me know if this is true? If this is true, how do I go about correcting this error.
