WaterCAD Custom Report Flextable Sort order

Question

I just started working with custom reports in WaterCAD, and it has been a pretty good experience so far. However, I came across something that is somewhat irritating. 
 When creating a custom report in WaterCAD, is it possible to change the sort order for flextables to something other than object ID? If this is not possible, is there a way to edit an object's ID?

Hello Danish, 
 Are you also referring to sorting of the flextable in the Custom Report? What version of WaterGEMS are you using? (check under File > Help > About) The issue with sorting flextables in custom reports was fixed for WaterGEMS, WaterCAD and HAMMER in version 10.01.00.70. I have added a note about it in this article. If you are using version 10.00.00.50, you can upgrade to get the fix.

Yes, currently the order is based on the IDs in the selection set used with the FlexTable section. It is not possible to edit an Element ID.
