Hey guys,
Quick question about the H2S formation feature in SewerGEMS. Is there any kind of guide/ Technote on Sulfide modeling? I was trying to do a search but couldn't seem to find anything. Just wondering how well SewerGEMS will be able to predict H2S formation in a collection system? It may benefit a colleague of mine and help us decide to purchase SewerGEMS.
Dan
Hi Dan, It's good to hear from you. Yes, SewerGEMS can predict hydrogen sulfide formation using the SWMM solver. This is a new feature in SELECTseries 4. You can read more about it from the below Technote: https://communities.bentley.com/products/hydraulics___hydrology/w/hydraulics_and_hydrology__wiki/16217.what-s-new-in-sewergems-and-civilstorm-v8i-selectseries-4 Also, we're having a Webinar on this subject on October 22nd: http://pages.info.bentley.com/event-details-ae/?webinar=CO_ESEM_OCT22_NAOU&eventGUID=75a4e048-d7b2-46c1-848a-4972361fe5d8
