PondPack v8i for MicroStation v8i

Question

Can anyone provide a description of how to open pondpack within microstation? I've opened an existing dgn with the PondPack v8i for MicroStation v8i (SELECTseries 3) shortcut I do not see any pondpack tools. I can't find any description on how to use this option on the Bentley learn server. If it is there and I'm just not looking in the right place, please let me know where to find the documentation. Thanks for the replies. I got it figured out with some help internally. We are using the 08.11.01.56 build and it was a configuration file issue related to ProjectWise integration.

What is the version of PondPack that you are having? 
 Did you check the user/project settings while opening the .dgn file?

If that is correct, then please try to repair PondPack and Microstation from the Control Panerl>All Programs>PondPack>Repair.

Please go to Help > About in PondPack. In the bottom left corner to the right of a date will be the build of PondPack that you are using. There have been three V8i builds. Only the last build (08.11.01.56) is compatible with MicroStation V8i SELECTseries 3. If you are using 08.11.01.51 or 08.11.01.54, you will need to upgrade to use MicroStation V8i SELECTseries 3, or downgrade MicroStation to a compatible build.
