Water Age Calculation failure

Hello,

I cannot seem to get a water age analysis to run without errors in my model. An EPS scenario at the same amount of hours (144) runs with zero errors, but once the calculation option is set to Age, the network is unbalanced, there is negative pressure at the treatment plant pumps, and a tank is no longer emptying. All alternatives are the exact same as my EPS scenario, the only thing changed is in the calculation options. I am new to water quality analysis so I may be doing something wrong.

I should point out that this system is very complicated, with lead/lag pumps, several tanks, and 2 treatment plants. We are having a hard time getting the tank at one of the treatment plants to act in the model as it does in the field. It is emptying and filling far too frequently in normal EPS (several times a day vs twice per day according to SCADA), and this is the tank/pump configuration which is giving the error messages when running water age. We are using demands straight from meter data, so that isn't the problem. The controls are very simple, with pumps only turning on when the tank drops below a certain level and off at a certain level, and these match the pump controls in the field. We don't have a pump curve as it they are old pumps and that data was lost/misplaced, so that may be a contributing factor, but I don't understand why the system would run perfectly fine (if not accurate to real world) when running normal EPS and would fail when running Age analysis.
