Weirs design problems

I am designing a sewer network with several weirs and outfalls. For modelling the weir I am using a control structure (inline weir) in the rainwater outlet and a orifice control structure in the waste water outlet.

The obtained results seems to be wrong because of the inline weir. The Manhole A420 overflows although the rainwater outlet is only at 32% of its capacity.

The weir height is 10cm, so it can't be causing such overflow. The result of the same network without the weir is:

I need help with this design.

Thanks in advance.
