Time Required to Empty the System

We need to know a little more about why and how you are trying to do this.

If you just want to know how long it will take for a tank to drain, you can just let an EPS run until the tank drains and the system is depressurized.

However, if you want to drain all of the pipes, then you get into partly full pipe flow which WaterGEMS doesn't really handle well. You would need to run SewerGEMS because it can calculate flow in full and partly full pipes.
